Ibiza Airport (IBZ) sits about 7 km south-west of Ibiza Town and handles close to 10 million passengers a year, almost all of them in the summer months. Collecting a pre-booked car at the desk takes a fraction of the time of the taxi rank, which in peak season can stretch to 45 minutes.

Ibiza is small - roughly 40 km by 20 km, so wherever you want to go, it doesn't take long. Leaving the airport you are on the island roads within minutes. Playa d'en Bossa is about 5 minutes south, Ibiza Town around 10 minutes, Santa Eulalia about 22 km on the C-733, and San Antonio roughly 23 km west - around 20 to 25 minutes by car. Each of those.
Two local points make driving here easy: there are no tolls on Ibiza's roads, so once you leave the airport you pay nothing extra on any route across the island, and Ibiza has no urban low-emission zone, so there is no sticker rule to worry about. When you return, fuel up before the airport - the nearest petrol station is on the road towards Ibiza Town, under 2 km from the terminal - then follow the "car hire return" signs to Parking P2.
