Puerto de Santiago is a small resort and former fishing village on the west coast of Tenerife, immediately south of Los Gigantes. Playa de la Arena — a sheltered black-sand beach — is one of the finest on this side of the island. The town has a relaxed, residential feel, with a good selection of seafront restaurants and bars. A car gives easy access to the dramatic Los Gigantes cliffs, Guía de Isora, and the southwest coast.

Free street parking is available throughout the town, with spaces near the beach and seafront promenade. The centre is compact and walkable; no paid parking zones apply. Spaces fill up on summer weekends — arrive before 10:00 to secure a beach-side spot.
Los Gigantes is 5 minutes north. Tenerife South Airport is about 45 minutes via the TF-1 and TF-454. The coast road south toward Playa de San Juan is scenic but winding. Petrol stations on the TF-1; limited options in the town itself.
